Tier 5 (Youth Mobility Scheme) is only open to migrants coming from certain countries and only if they are aged 18 to 30. Countries participating in the scheme are: Australia, Canada, Japan, Monaco, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Republic of Korea and Taiwan. You can also apply under this category if you are a British national (overseas), British overseas territories citizen or British overseas citizen.
In order to apply to come to the UK on a Tier 5 (Youth Mobility Scheme) visa you need to score 50 points. 30 points are awarded for your nationality, 10 points awarded for your age and 10 points for maintenance funds.
