Tier 2 Work Permit Applications

You can apply for Tier 2 (General) visa if you are a non-European Economic Area (EEA) national, who have been offered a skilled job in the UK by an employer who is a licensed sponsor and that job cannot be filled by a settled worker.

You have to score 70 points to make a Tier 2 (General) application consisting of 50 points for a valid Certificate of Sponsorship, 10 points for English language and 10 points for Maintenance.

Anglia Immigration Law advises skilled workers considering of coming to the UK for work about the requirements to be met under the UK Immigration Rules and the recent legislation changes. We also advise the employers about sponsor licensing and Certificates of Sponsorship where they are seeking to recruit migrant workers.
