Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Visa

Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) was designed for migrants wishing to set up or run a business in the UK. You must have at least £50,000 investment funds available to you in order to apply.

In addition to the investment funds you have to be 16 years old or over, you must have maintenance funds available to support yourself during your stay in the UK. You must score 95 points all together.
